DELIVERY

Keep an eye out for your Order Confirmation email. This will be sent to your inbox as soon as you place your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email that our warehouse has received your order and it is ready to be shipped. Check your SPAM folder in case your email got lost.

2. Look up your order by entering your order number associated with your order.
3. View Status and Delivery information.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

 

RETURNS

You may return any item up to 30 days from date of receipt of an order. 
To log a return, please log into your account and review your order, and process a return. You need an account to log a return, please ensure you create one if not already here:

We do not offer currently exchanges. However, we are working on introducing an exchange process in the near future. Please note that online purchases CAN be exchanged at a CHEKICH store. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us.

Refund Time Frame

Please note: Refunds may take between 2 to 14 business days to appear in your account. The amount will be refunded to the same bank account used at the time of purchase.

Track Return Process

Please note: Once your package has been collected by our courier, you can track its progress using the tracking information provided in your return confirmation email. This will keep you updated on the status and location of your returned order.
